Hyperhidrosis: Best Underrated Summer Treatment with Botox

Hyperhidrosis, is another term for excessive sweating, this can be embarrassing and annoying. The remedy for this issue; BOTOX. The use of Botox to the underarms or palms of the hands is commonly used to alleviate sweating. The effect of Botox takes up to two weeks to kick in, and can last up to 6-8 months.

I personally have this treatment done annually in late spring, so when summer rolls around I'm ready. The pain level is bearable and the risks are the minimal. One thing to consider is that when you stop sweating in one area, the perspiration will excrete itself in another area, that area is different for everyone.

I usually get belly sweat or lower back sweat, at least its not underarm sweat! If you tend to have excess perspiration, Botox for underarms and palms is a game changer.
